grouping members

Is there a way to group members? Not sure if that makes sense but what I want to do is go to the member in Texas thread and put all the people in the Houston area together and then send out a gathering notice or something. I have also never tried this but can you list multiple people in a PM?



Or is a good way you can think of to do this?

under a normal p.m. you can send out to up to 5 people. mods have more options and can email whole site and may be able to group. the grouping could be harder though.
