      1968 Camaro

first time i have posted. building a 1968 camaro. have installed DSE mini tub kit including multi leaf springs. car will have a mild 454 with muncie 4 speed. are traction bars necessary with DSE's kit? they advertise that wheel hop is limited due to pre loaded eye. but dont say bars arent needed. any experience with this? thanks, pat
