      '66 Chevy II rear end????

Have a chance to pic up a rear end out of a '66 Chevy II. Are these the 10 bolts that are 8.5"? I hear these are actually decent rear ends to accomodate to larger HP motors. Can anybody give me any info on this? I would be swapping out stock axles for HD axles and a new differential. Current setup I think was 3.08 single wheel.

Next questions, can these be used on a '68 Camaro? The mounts on the axle have been cut off so I supposed I'd just cut off the mount on my original 10 bolt and weld them on this other one.

Most 10 bolts out of ChevyII's are the 8.2's. Not as beefy as the 8.5's of course. I also believe they are narrower than f-body rears...
