      AC question

On my 69 camaro I have oem Air condition I'm switching over to 134a from R12 the kit comes with two fittings to change to 134a.

They give you a high and low side fitting, however, the low side would fit on both fittings for my year. Does anyone know which is the high and low side of the unit? I'm thinking the large hose on top is the low side and the high side is the smaller line on the bottom?

      Anyone?

      Thanks,
      john

The high side is from the compressor out to the condenser and then the evaporator. The low side is from the evaporator to the compressor.
