L92/LS3 Motor Harness

I do appologize in advance for adittional questions. I'm getting a complete L92/LS3 with a 6 speed automatic that I purchased from Travis here. The setup is complete with the harness for motor and trans.

My questions are:
1) Does my factory 70 Chevelle 350 harness bolt right up to the parts on the LS3 setup or will I need to have the harness modified.
From what I do understand the harness is self contained and my harness shold connect with no modification. I so know that I will have to mount the CPU in the engine compartment and will need a wire to power CPU, wire going from CPU to column and another wire going to the torque conver.

2) What kind of shifter will I need? I know this setup does have the sport mode for manual shifting.
