      Chevellabration 2010 Autocross

I pulled off a win at the Chevellabration 2010 Autocross this year. The car was running good and doing mostly what I told it. Had some stiff competition this year. Brian Finch was there driving a DSE built car and it came down to the last run. I cut a 18.749 and he followed up with a 18.771, but hit a cone for 2 sec penalty giving me the win. I had a great time and can't wait to get out and run some more. Hoping to make RTTH this year.

Here's one of my runs. There are a couple more on my youtube. My Dad had a blast riding shotgun.

Congrats Mike, if you took on the DSE Chevelle with Brian behind the wheel and came out on top, you deserve a big CONGRATS!

I wish we could get some more events. The ones on or near Holidays are always hard for me but i had so much fun at some of these events and the turn outs have been great.

I have talked to many people and mentioned protouring and they just look at me like I'm crazy the last guy was said " all cool so you guys all have imports and you race em?" I sometimes have trouble describing the PT scene.

Congrads on your win! I love seeing the A bodies compete.

It's good to see that these big, old barges can be transformed into something "turn and burn" nimble ...

That trophy is as big as you are. Wow.

I take offense to the term "old barges" when describing something as beautiful as a '70 SS454 Chevelle Mary,lol...but I do get your point.

If you want to see it "turn and burn," bring that Chevelle of yours out on the 27th and hand over the keys ... back atcha!!! Being an automatic, we'll get your wife out there for some wheel time as well.

Shall we put it to a membership vote????

Cheers and John's gonna blow up my cell phone with messages,

You should know by now that in "Pozzi speak", those are words of love and endearment. I wish she spoke so nicely when she is in my car...
