Is the 5.3 and 6.0 the same block or are there differences?

They are the same, Just different bore sizes

The 4.8 and 5.3 are the same, different cranks. Most are stamped indicating both.
The 5.3 and 6.0 are different in bore, but other dimensions are the same.Nick R.
