      1968 camaro

ok here i go. First car i ever bought well dad helped was a 1968 camaro, sold it when i finally figured out y a 16 year old dont have one as a daily driver gas milage and what it to took to keep running. Well that dream car i still wanted to this day came true 23 years old and bought another. A rough roller that needs alot a work i want to get this roller running and driving but need help with ideas, dont have alot of money live that week to week paycheck life. With a stepson and wife that lets me spend sink money into my cars love. (all camaros) been a third gen fan since sold my 68. 5 camaros since i sold the 68 still working on my 89 irocz since wife told me not sell it even tho i want the money for the 68. I need help with this one since i want to drive it hopefully within a year but want a great handleing pro tour fuel injected car with a t56. Cant decide should i put the car together with stockish parts and just get it going and driving. OR go spending all my paychecks in dropping tons of money into and taking years to get on the road. With you know all dics lowered and everything. Or just get it going and upgrade over time. I know i want a 5.3 and t56 so going spend that money at least and do that but i need someone to help me decide sorry if i went on and on but i been drinkning all night and needed people to finally to give me opions on this. Fighting with my ideas.

I am a leave it sit until it is done guy but you have to set a goal in the beginning and stick to it.
If you don't stick to the goal 2 things can happen either you:
Keep adding new ideas and it never hits the road
Loose patients and it doesn't make it to the level you intended

thanks for the input, i still tryin to figure out what is going to happen with it. Thinking about going all stock and doing the drive train with what i want 5.3 and t56 so later on i dont have to do a swap cmoplete motor and tranny swap later on so far as a goal so far i think that is were i am heading. This way it is at least way it will be on the road someday. For the moment i am learning body work and metal repair from a friend that does it on the side.
