Hotchkis/DSE drop leaf kits?

Was checking into both of these. I'll probably want about a 2.5" - 3" drop from what I've seen, and first wondered if Hotchkis makes a 3" drop or do they only make the 1 1/2" drop kit? Alos, with DSE's 3" drop leafs do shackles, U-bolts and pads come with those or do those items need to be bought separately?

Any suggestions between either brand?
