      We saved one! 62 painted

Appreciate the thoughts in the other post. Here are some pics. The black is a Audi color with a lot of metalic in it. It is really nice because it is very much black, but very much metalic also. It even has a tiny bit of teal flake, real subtle.
The guy I am doing it for gave me creative control, but maintaining the teal. He basically cryed when he saw it this morning. Big ole hugs for us.

Frank - Thanks for the pics. I will in the future be painting my '62 in a two-tone fashion. Been trying to figure out to break the color in the front and I like the way you did it. By the way - looks terrific!!

Looks good. No better compliment then the customer hugging you. I had that happen about a month ago he is a tough guy that doesn't hug.

Did you lay out the tape line before you dismantled it....or did you guess? OR do you have a really wide chrome molding at the break line?(lol)

A lot of measuring and a wide molding, Also will get a pinstripe once together.
