Check this link at performance years http://forums.performanceyears.com/f...0&postcount=16

Tom Hand is an expert on muffler design and sound. His tests are very unbiased when it comes to flow and sound on mufflers.

I've heard the same. It seem on anything more than a mild setup, the exhaust pulses at idle cause the flapper to vibrate causing a decent amount of noise.
I'll also be watching to see how these mufflers age. That spring is thin metal. Heat, moisture, and fatigue may relegate them to the dumpster early if it breaks.

It is a very cool idea, I hope they can get these issues resolved.

I was reading on another site from one of the designers who said they don't flow well, even in full open position..
