Way off topic - Plastic epoxies / 'welds'

My daily driver was involved in a small incident that knocked off the rear bumper cover. The tabs that helped hold it in place are now cracked or missing.

I figure I can use a good epoxy to mend tabs, or create new ones, maybe with scrap metal.


I know Permatex has a lot of 'stuff' at the local auto parts store but I wanted to ask if anyone had any better suggestions in the way of plastic glue/eposies?
