      Project F-Bom 4th Gen

Hello I'm new tho this forum and have a new project. It is a 1994 Pontiac Firebird. I bought it for 250.00 With no engine or transmission. Decent paint job and a 3 inch cowl hood. I'm building as a bad ass driver and for some Road course and autox. The plans are 383 LT1, which I'm currently building. Th400 transmission have it laying around and was rebuilt a year ago. Want a 6speed but that will be down the road. Tubular K-member and tubular upper and lower control arms. Coilover front shocks. I'm going with the KORE3 ZO6 Brake upgrade in the front and undecided in the rear. ZO6 wheels in either 18x10 all around or 18x10's front and 19x10 back. Full road race style roll cage. I am still unsure on the rear suspension my go with regular style coils and weight jacks. Ill post some pick of the progress.

Thinking about going to a 12 bolt or a 9". Not sure yet.

I'd go 9" so you can drop the hell out of it.

      more goodies

Haven't made much progress. Other than ordering lots of parts. This is the new intake ported, polished and bored out to accept a 58mm throttle body. Got the lower end of the engine assembled.

definitely keep us informed on the 383. I may go that route instead of turbo. It's years away either way but I like to keep tabs on people's builds.
