      dipstick issues

i just put in a 700r4 in my 69 camaro and have been having some issues finding a diptick that will work. i have been throught 2 different ones at summit and they either arent long enough or wont bolt to the back of the motor. what i am looking for is a flexible firewall mount dipstick. what are some of yall running . and is there another route to go besides lokar i find it hard to spend 150 bucks on a dipstick...any help or part number would be appreciated
