Help with embeding Vimeo video.

Hey guys,

Most on this site use photobucket or youtube it seems for uploading video. However, Vimeo has better quality in my opinion. The only problem is that the embed code from Vimeo itself doesn't work on this board.

In doing some google searches I noticed someone mentioned vbulleten board software (is that what this site uses) has features to embed video from most major side so you could just type [vimeo]11390681[/vimeo] if the board admin turns that feature on. Is it possible here?
