It just keeps getting better guys. Todd with BAER brakes has stepped up and followed suite with BFG and is now offering their own contingency plan for our hobby. Now you can win points and money for just showing up and participating in any of the events this year. SO, if you have BFGs and BAER products on your car, you win two ways. Maybe this will get a couple off the fence and see us at Road America this weekend.


BAER - Team T/A Contingency - PURPOSE:

1. Encourage grassroots auto enthusiast to use and enjoy their vehicles by participating in select BAER Speed-Stop-Challenge™ and Goodguys Street Challenge events throughout the US.
2. Reward BAER Brake Equipped – Team T/A members for using their product support and loyalty.

BAER - Team T/A Contingency - REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be 18-years-old and have a valid US driver’s license (in one of the 50 States and the District of Columbia ((or 52 States if you are Mr.Obama)))
2. Vehicle must be equipped with at least a front axle set of BAER brake calipers and not have any competitive branded calipers or proportioning valve
3. Complete the Team T/A registration form
4. Become a member of nationofgo (sign up instructions: go to nationofgo.com, click become a member and fill out the membership information)
5. Compete in one or more of the BAER Speed-Stop-Challenge™ held in conjunction with one of the events listed below, plus one or more of the Goodguys Street Challenge events.
6. Compete in a 1980 or older American vehicle and conform to all rules of the event sanctioning body
7. Display 8” BAER CLAW decals (white & red, black & red, solid red or solid white) directly behind the front wheel opening, as well as on the hood, front fascia or spoiler and also on the rear spoiler or tail panel during each event. Decals available at the BAER, Detroit Speed, Gateway Classic Mustang, optima battery, Rad Ride, ridetech or Year Onedisplay trailers at most events or by email request to [email protected]

Bonus for Driving Competition Car to Event

• 1. Over 100 miles running BAER BRAKES = 1 point
  2. Over 500 miles running BAER BRAKES = 2 points
  3. Over 1,000 miles running BAER BRAKES = 3 points
  4. Over 1,500 miles running BAER BRAKES = 4 points
  5. Over 2,000 miles running BAER BRAKES = 5 points
