      Door Mirrors

I screwed up and forgot to figure out what mirrors to use on my 67 Camaro. Car is already out of paint, but I guess they can mix a little up and shoot the mirrors if I need to.

What are you guys using? I tried a search and got a bunch of random junk here. I know Vengenge had some motorcycle mirrors, I know Miata was mentioned there are so many I don't know where to start. Since its already painted, I'd like to be as inevasive as possible to the door. I don't think the ole round ones with the bow tie are going to work, but if I had to...

Car is slate gray/blue with titanium Forgelines. Low bling, mean look. RS, shaved front bumper, no emblems, no wheel or RS moulding. Only mention this to illustrate my general distaste for chrome, at least on this build. Rear bumper and door handles are the only thing chrome on the car. Billet mirrors would work if there are any out there, or something a bit more modern that I paint. Like to be as bolt on as possible.

      Any help/pics appreciated.

Those are def an option. I wonder how hard it would be to mate it to the door? After building 90% of this thing can't be that bad.

Second gen mirrors look good. Not exactly bolt on though.

Never painted them, since they came in semi-gloss black...

I like 3rd gen mirrors. I bought a pair for my 68 camaro. (used set for $40 of ebay)
Have to modify a little but I like the look of them.

I just spoke with and ordered the ones from http://www.visionhotrod.com/gallery.php. I just got the car over at the body shop for paint and remembered that I didn't want stock mirrors . These have to have new holes drilled and the old holes welded up....so if already in paint probably won't work without repainting the entire door

From search on here stock 2nd Gen bullets will work but kind of small. Good luck .
