How come it looks like the tire has to stretch to reach the rim? Like it needs a narrower rim or wider tire. Or is it supposed to look that way?

Really??? Whats up with the tires? You know they arent right,,,,, Right? I like the wheels. But when are you gonna get some tires. Those tires are shot for that wheel. JR

Pretty sure he meant to do this, it is quite popular in the import scene......... at least this isn't as bad as the idiots running 195s on a 10.5 rim.

I've seen this quite a few times even on newer corvettes. Not sure as to why, does kinda make the wheel look bigger.. What's your plans for covering half that tire up? Lol, wheels look killer though.

Wheels look good, tires look good. Just not on those wheels. Need wider tires.

i have had to explain this to everyone who has seen them .

i wanted a smaller tire to tuck under the car , if i were to run a big fat bulky tire it would be impossible to get the stance im looking for .

it does have a strech and thats exactly what i was looking for .

car is at the chassis getting a full back half and cage work and ill have pictures of it soon to clear everyone up ..

its all going to be about the stance and the fender and lip of the rim will be verrrrrry close ..

and it does also make the rims look bigger . not that it needed it .

the car will never go fast with these rims on it .. just the street set . so having a gigantic side wall for traction is not needed .

thanks guys ill have them mocked up in the body after everything is hacked out of the rear end .
