      Sub frame bushing question

Guy's was putting some global west sub frame bushings in my 69 camaro and noticed something tonight, the thickness of the male bushings that go at the back of the subframe and the middle not the core support. Two of them are are thicker than the other two far as the male part that slides thru the top of the subframe between the body and subframe,is this suppose to be like this,I put the thicker one in the very back and the thin one by the firewall which just didn't seem right, any ideas.THANKS!

I believe the thicker ones go on the firewall points.

I'm not really clear on what your saying, but it sounds like you bought Global West 1/2" drop body mounts from Summit but intended to get the standard height mounts. If thats the case, I am using the Global West solid 1/2" drop mounts on my car and will check for you in the morning.

The thinner one gets sandwiched between the body and the frame at all points. Good luck!
