almost time to start, please help!

I think this is the right section to put this in but here it goes,

I had my LS2 harness reworked by wait4me, I can't get a hold of them at the moment but I'm working on my ISIS kit and I have 3 wires off the LS2 harness I need assistance with.

I have an accessory voltage wire
An all time 12 volt wire
and a red wire that the label came off of, so I’m not sure what it is, I believe it’s the ignition wire? (Please clarify)

So I know I need the all time 12 volt to be constantly charged, my battery is in the trunk so can I just tap into the mega fuses from the ISIS kit in the front of my car and put a 20 amp fuse on that?

Now with ISIS I'm going to use a push button start setup, and there is a starter output and an ignition output associated with the push button input, do I just tie the accessory voltage wire and the ignition wire from the LS2 computer together and connect them to the ignition out put on ISIS?
