Other than a drop base air cleaner or lower intake, it would be custom engine mounts... but then you might have oil pan clearance issues and your exhaust will hang lower.

Or, spectre makes intake parts that allow you to use charge tubes and cone filters.

I actually contacted Brandy at Spectre about those cone filter kinda intakes. You think they would hurt air flow on a carb set up?
