I have a section at the bottom of that sub forum that says "Display Options". Do you have that? If you do you can click on the option to display threads from the last 45 days, 100 days, or from the beginning. I set it to display from the beginning and I can see all the threads.

OK... I did the "Display Options" and it works. It looks like I have to do that every time I enter the forum though.
