      C5 braking question

I have a 67 camaro that had 69 chevell front disk brakes and bear rear disk brakes I have a ccp disk/disk 1.0 bore mc with a 8 inch power booster and running 245/45-17 tires on TT II rims up front.
one day I was driving home from work and at 60 miles an hour I had to slam on my brakes and it took me awhile to stop so I decided to put the C5 caliber with the C4 rotors on ceramic pads. But now at 30 miles an hour if I do a panic stop my car travels about 3 car length before it stops and I have a hard pedal to. so I am going to check vacuum but if that’s ok what’s next, any help would surly be appreciated. Rich.

Going from a near 3" bore front caliper piston to a dual 40mm front caliper piston, everything else the same, braking will be less effective.
