      ECU WOT Closed Loop Capable?

Does the factory ECU have software programming to use a wideband feedback for closed loop across all loads? I know sometimes the ECUs are built with features that aren't used for a particular application. Anyone used an aftermarket calibration software to create a closed loop map?

the aftermarket systems like FAST and BS3 do, never seen one of the factory computers that could stay closed loop at wot.
