First intro since i joined 11/2006

Hello to all on this great sight. I am the 3rd owner of this 1968 camaro convertible. original 327 3spd power top car. Now in the process of installing built ls1/4l60e/9inch rear. some type of american made suspension components, z51 corvette disc brakes all the way around and a host of other upgrades yet to be determined. On a sad note my wife is very ill and i take care of her and when she is better, I will finish the car. I am thankful to all on this great sight for all the info, insight, humor and all around help. Its a great community here and here I often go while my wife rests and find this sight like therapy. It provides a distraction for what my wife and I are going through.
Thank you all again, we will all get back on our feet after all this is AMERICA.

Better late than never on the intro Richard .... I hope that your wife sees better days ....... and you get more time on the car & here on the sight.

That way when she is well .... you can show her what all the late night puter time was all about!!

Wow i thought i was late, my first post was today also and i joined June '08. Take care of wife, car will be there when your ready. I can relate to forum being good distraction, bench racing with friends can always help. Good luck and best wishs.

Thanks for the welcome. I am putting in an automatic trans so she can drive it more comfortably. Learning alot from this sight, lots of great ideas.
