offset trans mount?
ok built the trans mount for my camaro with a t56 and notice that if the trans mount is in the cent the shaft is to close to the driver side. and pushs my heads and all to the driver. but if i push the trans an in to the left it ceters everything back up. is this ok to do?

Are you sure you don't have big block frame perches on your subframe where your engine mounts bolt up? They are offset. It should land dead center if the frame stands are SBC versions.
