Chevy 4L60e Bad Vibration and No 3rd

I have a 2000 Chevy silverado. The trans was replaced about 15000 miles ago. Them miles have been for the most part easy going. I rip on it on occasion. Burnout a bit and drift cause it's winter here. Today i drifted for maybe 50 feet, drove about 23 miles to school. I stopped at a light, and now i have no third gear. I now am stuck driving 35 everywhere. The main issue is this is my dads truck and he is about to take the truck away from me. Does anyone have ideas of what could be wrong. It has a bad vibration around 30-40 mph. Thanks for the help in advance.

IF YOU LOST REVERSE TOO... YOU BROKE IT.... BREAK OUT THE CHECK BOOK!

a new rebuilt one from the shop you are looking at min. 2k if they do all the work.

just had mine go out.... similar symptoms with no reverse and a funny whine.

Have you pulled the dipstick to see if the fluid is burnt or metallic?

You most likely have a cracked sun shell and the trans is blown. The shell is stationary in second and fourth so you would only feel vibration in first and third gears.
