      tire recommendations?

Looking for tires. sizes 245/40/18 and 275/35/18

Car is a pro touring week end car. Will see mostly street use, spirited driving, and maybe an occasional track day. Looking for a good dry traction tire. Was looking at NT555, but not reading very good reviews on dry traction. Prefer something under $200 ea.

      Okay, here are my choices,

      Falken Azenis RT 615

      Nitto 555 extreme performance

      BFG G Force Sport

      BFG KDW

suggestions? The only one I have expereince with are the G Force sports, and I loved them.

I like the Toyo R888. It is what I run on my GTO. Very sticky tire.

I have run the Nitto NT-05s and the Falken RT-615s and both work well. The RT-615s may be a little better in the wet and the Nittos better in the dry.
I have a set of Nitto NT-05s that I may sell that are close to what you are looking for. Started a project that seems to have died early. Hopefully the economy bouces back soon. I have 245/40/18 fronts and 275/40/18 rears. Just got these two months ago and have never been mounted. The NT-05s run a little on the narrow side for section width which helps with clearance as well. Let me know if your interested.

I think I will try the Nt05's/ I like the new NT05 drag radial. Run 38psi and they work great. I need the traction on the street. They also have a 285/40/18 size.
