Body/sub frame alignment on 68 Camaro

If the alignment holes in body and frame are right on top of each other, is the body alighned?

Of course I have to get the camber/camber alignment later on.

I mean, is it required to have the holes aligned?

Measure, measure...horizontal, crossed & vertical using fixed points on the body & frame.

      Thanks Cliff and Kevin.

Of cource I did all the cross and straight measuring before paint.
The only thing is that I only measured from the front of the body to fixed points on the front suspension. I did not measure the relation to the back at all.

Now the wheels are on and all the sheet metal is lined up I see a small difference in how the front wheels fit the fender rounding. the left side is realy good. exactly in the middel of the half circle.
On the other side the wheel is about 2cm too far to the front and about 6mm more to the outside.

I think I am going to use the alignment holes first and than measure the front/rear corrolation.
