Stupid T56 question...
Alright, I know this is dumb...but can anyone else get their transmission in gear/out of gear without pressing the clutch? When the car isn't running I can put it in any gear. Any ideas? I shouldn't be able to do that, right?

Yes, you can do that while the engine is off. You can even pop it out of gear while driving, but I don't want you to go out and try it.

My dad and I were rippin in a 72 Beetle. Had it rung out in 4th as it popped outa gear. Holy was that scary!
