      Lets See All The Monte's!

I tried to post pictures of my stock 85 Monte ( i know I know, stock is a dirty word around here lol, but I am trying to change it into a pro-touring.com jewel) but it wouldnt work.

Anyways, I seen some nice monte's on this site but not a thread to dedicate just to monte's. Nova's, camaro's, ect ect are on here, but no Monte's.

Post them up my newly found friends!

Nice guys!!!! Keep up the pictures. This thread might really start to bloom. Thank you to the guys who posted their pictures already. Some real beaut's!

I have a problem posting pictures (go figure, the thread starter is NOT posting their picture(s) lol) but I have an 85 monte SS in butternut yellow primer. Car will be getting some goodies this christmas.

      Koni SA shocks (all four)
      Hotchkis Front and Rear SwayBars
      Eibach Pro-Kit springs

Hopefully some interior goodies too. Well see about that though.

Anyways, keep up the good work and keep them pictures coming guys!

Wow, thats quite the paint job. Very nice. I like its uniqueness.

Good job my friend, good job.

I just found out my motor and trans might be put in alittle sooner than I originally thought. I was quoted 1500.00 to pull one motor and trans out, and put another motor and trans in that I have laying in the garage. I didnt want to pay that so I was going to wait till the spring and see what other quotes I can get. A buddy of mine just called and said he could do it. I asked him for a price quote and he said he will get back to me. Hopefully he is sub-1000.00 and I will have a functioning fast SS again. That 406 needs to be fired up. And my heart needs the adrenaline of 500 horse at the tip of my shoe!

Paint job was on the car when I got it, It didn't have a motor or trans in it, 4 spares for tires & some screwed up painted interior parts. At first I didn't like the paint job, but it grew on me.

Hey, the corner of the bumper is cut off in the picture. Next time, please show the full Monte.
