LS1 Bellhousing Question??
Looking for a 6spd for my SBC in 2nd gen camaro. I located one with the orig bellhousing from a 2000 SS Camaro. Can I use this in my SBC or do I need a diff one. Thanks

if you use it with your sbc you need an adaptor from mcleod and you need to use LS1 hydraulics. You will also only bolt in 5 of the six locations on the bell IIRC (the LS1 bell has a top mount, while the sbc does not)
I went with the Quicktime RM-6023 bellhousing. It allows for the use of an LS1 T56 with conventional SBC
I used a 168 Toothe SBC Flywheel and clutch and LS1 hydraulics.
I absolutely love it!
