What kind of engine is this ???
Chevy ?
Ford ?
Dodge ?
Mitsubishi ??
If this is an engine for a Chevy ( small block ) , the engine suffix "CDL" is either a '72 400cui from a Caprice or an '85 305cui from an Impala..
Try this website for suffix codes: http://www.minuit10.net/engine-code.htmJeff Tate
