      Fender well//liner clearancing help//pic request

Since the GNX-SS is not a daily driver, and due to the recent lowering of my suspension and subsequent front tire rubbing, Im planning on//thinking about removing the inner fender well//liner or modifying it to stop the tire rub. Tire rub is only over bumps and dips and is only on the outside edge of the tire. Has anyone had any experience with this and or have pics of this on a Regal. I guess it would almost be the same thing as the guys who have bagged their cars and have removed the inner fender well completely which I wouldnt mind considering that the plastic is impossible to keep clean. What do I need to do in order to remove these? I already have the a/c heater box deleted so no issue getting to the bolts there. Just wondering where I have to cut, massage, etc. Any tips, pictures, etc would be greatly appreciated. All my installed suspension components and tire/wheel combo is in my signature if that helps.
