barrett - jackson experiment and help

I am going and will be bidding on a few cars. I thought -where better to get advice than from the PT guys!

I thought I would post a group of camaros I am going to be looking at and ask everyone to post their comments on them and what they think the car should go for and what a great deal on it would be.

Then - we can come up with an average on the cars and compare how we did and it will help me out as well when I am there to have a sheet with feedback from a community of people that buy and use vs just online research.

here is a list of the ones I am looking at. I have decided to go with 69 camaros since they are almost the only thing being sold in the camaro section.

listing number year type (p=pro touring, y-yenko recreation, con - convertible)
      100 69 p
      112 69 p
      359.1 69 p
      369 69 y
      391 69 p
      399 69 rs con
      402 69 z28
      408 69 ss
      419 69 z28
      633 69 rs
      639 69
      644.2 69 p
      647.1 69 z28
      656 69 z28
      659.2 69 p
      660.1 69
      669 69 p
      719.1 69 rs con

just list what you think it should go for and a good deal on it as well.

All the help you can give is greatly appreciated.

I would also love to hear if some are more desirable than others and if any should be avoided.

      This should be fun =D

what's the easiest way to check these out? Are they on barret-jackson's website?

EDIT: Neverminnnnd, found them on the website.

100 69 p --call it 35k. The standard ls1-and-tt2 combo is getting tough to bring good numbers with.
112 69 p--maybe 40-45k....feels like the builder couldn't decide which way he really wanted to build the car, ended up with a compromise
      359.1 69 p--ugh. I hate cars like this--but it'll bring 37-40k.
369 69 y--I feel like the clone part is going to kill it. Maybe 32-35k.
      391 69 p--it's purple, and it's pro-street. 30k tops.
399 69 rs con--we'll go, eh, 45-47k on it. Nice resto.
      402 69 z28--as long as somebody knows what a dz302 is, i'd bet 60k+
      408 69 ss--30k tops
      419 69 z28--meh, 57k or so if it's a real z.
      633 69 rs--looks nice, 32kish.
      639 69--fake copo, but nice, 47-48k
      644.2 69 p--maybe 33-34k tops?
      647.1 69 z28--might pull in a little extra--close to 50k.
      656 69 z28--nice resto, 33-35k
      659.2 69 p--well, it's bruce willis' car....300k haha
      660.1 69--third hugger across the block--we'll say 43k
      669 69 p--pretty nasty, we'll go 57-58k
      719.1 69 rs con--another clean resto, 45k

This is a great experiment to compare to actual winning bids, this will show either how much or how little people really know about what the market is going to bring..
