Help with fuel return for injection?

I'm installing fuel injection on my 69 chevelle and I need to install a fuel return line. There are 2 tubes sticking out of the front pass side of my fuel tank that seem to be some kind of vents, can one of these be used as a return or do I need to put it somewhere else. Help is needed!!
