      Cool little car

Saw this at a local cruise night. He has a shop down the street from where I just moved from.He did all the fab work himself.

New Lexus V8 and 4 speed auto. Lots of fabbing done. I think it would be a good magazine car to show people that there is life outside of Camaros and Mustangs.

While I appreciate the ingenuity that went into that car, it's just too damn weird looking! Now here's a cool little car.........

I think it has a Lexus V8 in it. I saw some Lexus logos on the wheels... although they weren't factory Lexi wheels. There may have been more, I dunno.

Looks like a good fabricator with absolutely no "vision".

It looks like a Corvair from the rear... custom front end?

No, it appears to have started life as this.

I think it's cool. Strange but cool.

It looks like it may have been a Toyota Corona at some point.

One of the cars I would like to do is a 70s Celica with a SBC and manual trans. Pretty cool looking cars and they are the right size to have fun with. If I find a cheap body I might do it for a fun summer beater but otherwise it will have to wait until I get 2 other cars done. In other words, never The celicas are collector cars in their own group by now anyhow so its hard to find a solid one for a decent price.
