      Please Help... In search of

I am really looking to buy a older Camaro as ProTouring car. Don't have the budget to buy a 69 completed like I want, so I have been looking at many partially completed. I have looked at numerous cars all over the country. I really have my heart set on a 69 with the RS grille but have seen a bunch of 67s that look good as well. I am torn between the the two and would like some of your input. Thanks

If you find a solid 1st gen Camaro in your price range, jump on it! They aren't getting any cheaper and all of them have tons of potential so don't get hung up on a specific year, much less a specific model. Reproduction grilles are readily available so definitely don't let that restrict your search. You'd be miles ahead to get a 6 cylinder base model since you don't seem to be restoring it so be open minded in your search and you'll yield much more results.

      Happy hunting!
