Brake vibration question

I have Baer extreme plus brakes on the front of my 69 Camaro. I have an intermittent problem that is driving me crazy. About 75% of the time when the brakes are heated up, I get a very annoying vibration and vibration 'sound' from the front right brake under light braking and almost at a stop. I've disassembled everything, checked the wheel bearings as well, and found nothing wrong. All the bolts are tight, brakes bled, no abnormal wear patterns that I can see... Any ideas from the experts out there that could be causing this?

are the brakes hotter on that side??? what flex hoses are you using?? make sure that the flex hoses are not twisted around causing a restriction and not allowing the fluid to return to the master.Also make sure that fluid can run easily out of the flex hose when not attached to the caliper.If the fluid cant return to the master that wheel will be alot hotter and the rotor will be even hotter and cause it to warp and give you all sorts of different problems.Good luck and keep us posted.

I'm using the flex hose that came with the brakes. I'll check to make sure I get good flow in and out of the hose, but it seems to be OK judging by the bleeding procedures... The only odd thing I remember seeing yesterday was the pads. The wear pattern into the pads doesn't cover the entire pad. The top, say 1/20", is not touching the rotor. It kind of rides over the top of the rotor. I don't know if this is normal, and I'll look at the drivers side today. But this is leaving a small lip at the top of the pads that may account for this (just brainstorming). I'm not sure if I can shim the caliper down to get full pad contact without the caliper itself touching the rotor. I'll try taking pictures after work today.
