may your prayers be with him

This is what happens when people are paroled too early.

My wife's boss was having a family friend stay with them due to a ex boyfriend.

Now he has lost his wife and son. This happened today at 5 am, while he was going to work.

Oh man! That's so messed up. You try to help somebody out and your wife and son are murdered. I can only imagine your boss might blame himself for letting the girl stay. I hope he doesn't. I can't imagine. It seems like this world is getting more nuts by the day. Maybe it's just me. Stuff like this makes me glad that I don't have kids. My heart goes out to your wife's boss and his family.

What was the dirt bag in jail for in the first place? How did a Parolee get a gun? At least he sped up the legal process and saved us taxpayers some money by taking his own life. Too bad none of this brings the family back or makes up for the low-lifes actions.

Gun laws do nothing to prevent criminals from attaining guns by illegal means.

That's true True. I don't have anything against guns...especially not in the last couple of years. I do have something against criminals.

Exactly. Again my wife is in a heated debate with another one of her "momslikeme" forum members, about guns this time. Evidently there was a guy who accidentally killed his 14 month old son (or something like that). And this other woman went on and on about guns need to be outlawed & confiscated & so on. Well it turns out the guy was on parol or something & BY LAW can't have a gun anyway. So more laws won't make any differrence. It will only punish the law abiding people, outlaws will still have them.
