Low Budget Radiator and Fans options (LS1 Swap)
Are there any budget options for a LS1 swap into a 68 Camaro? Can I use one from a 98-02 Camaro or another model w/o dropping the big bucks? The car will be stricltly for street use.

The LS1 Camaro radiator was sufficient to cool it when the LS was in that car... you'd have to do some work creating mounts, but I don't see any reason not to.

I can add some anecdotal info. My 2nd gen has the same basic setup. LT1 fans (basically the same), similarly sized & constructed radiator (plastic tank, aluminum core) and it stays dead at 185* all the time. DCC controller. A lot of 2nd gen guys are using the same rad setup in cars much faster than mine with similar results. What I cannot comment on is the physical mounting of it in the 1st gen.
