      New guy

Hi to everyone. I live in East Kern County and travel to a lot of the car shows in SO Cal so most likey bumped into some of you while looking at the cars.

I've been looking at the site for approx. one year and found several answers to problems that I've encountered adding/upgrading my car. It's a 1985 Monte Carlo SS. I'm the original owner, however my wife claims it belongs to her too.

If you want to see a picture of it, check out the events page, go to Hotchkis track day for 2004 and look for the silver MC. I also managed to get a picture of it in Car Craft. Check out their web site and click on the 2004 tour to San Luis. I've now attended three of their cruises which includes the anti tour.

I would like to add my car to the web site as soon as I can figure out the digital camera and how to post the images. I'm sure if I cant figure it out, there's lots of help.

Welcome aboard! I'll say it too; nice to have another G-owner here! The SS is (of course) my favorite. My current Budget-Touring '88 SS is my fourth (and hopefully last).

Whoo-Hoo! Another G-body owner! I think we're up to maybe 3% of the popular vote! LOL Seriously, there are a lot of awesome people here, you'll have fun! I am trying almost in vain to finish my '78 Monte before geting real dirty on my '87 SS. If you know of a nice used '87 or '88 front fascia, I'm all ears!!! Anyway, maybe I'll see you in the chatroom on Thursdays! -Jabin
