      Forum rules question

Is it OK to post the name of a vendor, I don't think they're a forum sponsor although that shouldn't matter, whose products I have problems with? One of the problems involved my very beautiful but in the end crappy alternator and I had it resolved by getting it rebuilt by a guy close to me that I would like to recommend to the forum where would I post this?

There is a fine line between seeking advice or assistance on a conflict with a vendor and simply biotching about one.

The difference in our mind is in the presentation on the part of the customer that they themselves have acted in an adult, businesslike and responsible manner in good faith with the vendor and was not satisfied with the outcome.

"I sent two PM's" does not qualify.

We aren't here to defend the vendors (be they advertisers or not) against customers, nor the customers against the vendors.

We will however interject when one of the parties in not acting in good faith.
