where do i get these parts?

i am wanting to setup a/c on my 69 with an ls1. i like the way the fittings go into the firewall but how do i set it up this way. i know the vintage air direct fit setup comes out where the original heater box was but i kinda want it to look like it does in the pic. which unit is needed? also, where the electric control available.
