Ok, I looked into that setup.. First, you said IRS. You are putting them on the rear?? Prolly not right? I was looking for them to mount up front.

So yeah, doesnt look like much for 300 bones, too much. But I did a lot of research into his setup and he put alot of time and trial tests to get the right shape so I can see why he needs to get the money for them. But in my world they arent worth the money.

So I crunched the numbers. You will need a pair of early mustang hubs, I checked everywhere and because its a not much desired item they were pretty high, I think 60 each. I emailed him and he said he has some used hubs for 70 a set. So then I went looking for the rotors and calipers. Ebay mostly. And the price varies. But for 350-450 you can get a decent USED set. Then bearings for the hubs. And his cost for the brackets. I was at 1000 bucks. And CPP can sell a 13" solid rotor/hub setup for not much more but it was new. So I was gonna go that route. Till I checked the measurements.

I have 17" wheels, but they are a smooth lipped billet wheel. Well being a smooth lip the put the raised part of the hoop behind the spokes. So I have a raised area on the inside that would not clear the CPP calipers, it was sooooo close, but no dice...

So after all that I went with a wilwood 13" system. So it went from a 900 dollar cobra system, to a 1100 dollar CPP system to the final 1500 wilwood system, thats just the fronts. GEEZZZ.. I had 11" brakes on there that really worked ok, and they were about 300 bucks. Talk about inflation huh??? Gotta be LOL JR
