my new blower setup - procharger F1-R on FE 427
I just finished redesigning my blower mounts and moved it to the top of the engine - for those of you that have seen the car - you will remember the blower used to be midway down the engine - I did not like it - was getting heat on the intake from the headers and it did not show well even though the intake piping looked killer.
I moved it up to the top of the engine - it really looks massive in there now. It dropped the intake temp at the manifold from 185 to 115 - and picked up a full 1 lb of boost just from the placement.
This is a great testament to bracket setup and proper placement in the engine bay.
here is the latest dyno runs - I had to tune it a bit with the increased boost since it was running a bit fat now with the differnt boost levels and intake temps.
Picked up 45 hp and the engine will run and look a lot better now as well.

So much to learn......so much $$ to do so lol
