      Sc&c mia?

I've been trying to contact SC&C to ask a few questions and place an order.

Handful of phone calls, 2 voice mails, and an email... and no reply. Today his answering machine said the mailbox was full.

Is Marcus on vacation? (One man operation?)

I've got a few bucks burning a hole in my pocket...

Can tell you from personal experience that Marcus will answer the phone when he is available. Mails can take a bit longer.

Can't tell you about Marcus' current whereabouts but you know what; patience is a virtue . . . .:bsjerk:

Phone calls work best, usually if I call mid afternoon I get through.

He's a busy guy,,,but definetly worth it to keep trying to get ahold of him,,,I've had times where i've called 20 times in a day and still not able to talk to him,,,when you do get ahold of him,,and the call is all over with,,,you'll forget the frustration of trying to get ahold of him!!!

And make sure you set aside some time to talk. I have not had one short conversation with him... Great guy, can't say enough positive about the man.

Yeah, another A+ for Marcus!! He said he's usually out in the shop until about 10 am EST and then he comes in to answer phones, email, etc. So, might try after 10. It's worth it.

It took me three days the last time to get ahold of Mark. When I did get a hold of him we talked for over one hour. He knows his stuff that's for sure.

I learned more in the hour in half conversation about what my 67 bird needs and how it works together ect than a few years trying dig it up myself. Haven't bought anything from marcus yet but there is a item line in my budget with his name on it.

Thanks for the kind words! I know that I can be REALLY hard to get a hold of and we`re working on it. I`m ashamed of how long it sometimes takes me to respond to e mails and calls at times. We`ve been truly blessed with being VERY BUSY when some other places aren`t so lucky. I`m so grateful to everyone who has supported us over the years. Thanks you guys!!!
I really do want us to provide better service though. I`m the owner and face of SC&C but there are other hard working folks behind the scenes too, pulling and packing parts, processing orders etc. We`re adding more help as fast as we can without compromising competency. We`re working on putting more tech on the site so folks can read up whenever they want. That should cut down a bit on the length of our consultation calls. We`re also shifting responses to non technical e mails and calls to other office staff. Rest assured I`ll still be handling all of the technical e mails. I take them as I get them and write back as fast as I can but this time of the year the volume can be pretty hard to keep up with. If I could just figure out how to clone a mini me... Mark SC&C
