Textured Finish on sheetmetal interior?

I wanted to know if there is some type of paint product that can be applied to sheet metal surfaces to give the look of of a stock interior plastic finish

I mean like the dashs you see on newer cars that have rough finishes, but not too rough (not like bedliner)

I'm planning a sheet metal dash and interior, but I don't know if I want to paint it to match the body, or make it look like a high end luxury car dash with two tone leather and that plastic finish.
