water pump fitting
WHAT ARE YOU FELLAS USING?????
sbc corvette short water pump heater hose fitting. im finally in the home stretch fo my hoses... the 1/2" pipe to -10 an hits the pump and wont thread in. the side with the pipe thread needs to be longer to clear the wrench portion.... are you grinding the pump for clearance or have you found a supplier for a longer version? i have a brass fitting with a section of brass pipe that will work... but it is ugly as all hell..... any suggestions?

CV products sells a -10/1/2"NPT adapter that is used for dry-sump systems. The length is about 4" long so it clears the pump for a standard -10 connector. I don't have the P/N. I may even have a spare one but I'm all packed up to move and don't know where it is.
