Lowering Tutorial?

Anyone wish to create a tutorial for lowering a car in photoshop. I've have the wheels I like on the car but wish to play around with some appearances for lowering just the rear of the car to match the front.

I own Elements 7.0, but really don't know very much about using it yet.

This is what showed me how to start chopping stuff.

All of the tools should be in elements I think, the tutorials are written for photoshop 7 though.
